New Ranks Information

Greetings everyone

We've decided that our rank system needed a revamp so, in order to distinguish members that have proven themselves from those that still need to improve in order, we made a new rank
Since in Warmane, it's a bit messy to delete/add guild ranks without messing up everything, we've created a temporarilly fix for that. The following Ranks will only stay up for a couple of weeks until we decide where all the players in guild belong:

Trial - Same as usuall, used for newcomers
Member - Used for people that we're not sure at which rank they belong. We strongly advise everyone here to start improving their performance and to join more raids. We need to be impressed by most of these members so you should really work on your skills and learn the boss mechanics in the following weeks if you want to stay with us in the guild.
Raider (New Rank) - Those who have proven themselves, and are capable to raid without much interference from the raid leaders.
Veteran - Same as usuall, used for exceptional people.
Raid Leaders/Class Leaders/Officers/GM will stay the same

After we sort every1 out, the Ranks will be as follow:

Trial - Newcomers
Raider - Same as above, will act as our old member rank, can be renamed once we reach these settings.
Veteran - Same as above
RL/CL/Officer/GM - Same as above

Since our guild is growing a lot we need to be more strict with players, in order to maintain raid quality for everyone, and we need to see which players actually deserve to be in our main group of 25 man raids, so we're gona implement more changes from now on.

Instead of Veteran make it Elite please. Veteran is so cheesy and mainstream.

Well atm the members rank is for every1 passes trial, which includes raiders and such, we want to make it more restrict, and have longer trial periods for better evaluation, so our ultimate goal is to have a raider rank for ppl that showed their worth as trials.
