Guild collapse.

Since guild is falling apart we are taking smal break from raiding ofcourse. The future of Furor will be known in near future after my come back (1st week of October).
Thanks to all who tried to keep guild and members together.

And I have no clear idea what happened...

Well in my opinion its was like this...

Few months ago guild started to losing former staff members so they were replaced by other one maybe good raid leaders but ppl without any proper knowledge about leading guild. As Furor had no natural enemy aka 25 men guilds this situation gave safety for months even without proper system for guild. But time has passed and steps which build furor at start of expansion as dominating ranks of staff over members and simple system for this guild, start slowly disappearing. Members got too much to say over staff, as a result staff lost their respect and possibiliyu to keep changing a guild. Next wrong step was keeping promoting style which rely on 10-20 alts which become uncontrolled over time. These ppl who actually left were part of this group. I dont mind alts but from my perspective guild which rely at alts and dont have strong power is vulnelable to this kind of collapses. Some ppl didnt care about status which i explained, many kept inside rage about that. When i got back that what i noticed was:
-no hierarchy
- dominating position of guild peaks with army of alts
- missing highest tier staff
- no respect toward staff
- anarchy inside members
Maybe we had graids but vs new problem , as 2 other raising 25 men guilds , this lack of organisation started to drive ppl mad. Here come my person after 4 months of leave/rage leave/ exhausting (pick your weapon). After week i was sure guild wont be able to survive in current status so asked about changes, first thing i met was Flox, Zeeuus and partially Biggy + Rinket resistance. I lead guilds since i was 12 yo, now im 26 yo so i dont need weeks to examine guild health. I mentioned many problems :
-no trial raids, alts>members, misisng staff, no recruitment, wrong judging apps, no schedule, no guild control etc.

In exchange for my changes i heard that i overact, guild is going fine coz we have raids, that i come back and force changes when i have no right to do it. I was sure that something will go really bad month ago. Next parts of these puzzles were falling during that time , and since i also left and rejoined guild i decided that i wont fight since its waste of my time, nerves and health and can take effect irl on my family. So i observed. Time has passed, and my warning about missing active members become true, same for attitude about what RLs cried alot in last week. Since im stupid to believe in people i decided to make a meeting, made a topic what changes i declare and at that period i was even ready to take main gm for some period till guild will be stable, for me its like 1-2 months max (im not bragging i was rebuilding this crap like 5-6 times sometimes from 5 online) but the problem was i was missing real power to do it, to crush staff/member resistance to prepare proper base to build better working guild.
Day before meeting Flox scheduled graid at same hour as i scheduled meeting, i saw and asked myself wtf, asked zeeuus about that he said that ppl will rage if we dont make raid, but we can postpone meeting or do it 30 min before graid (jokes..) since there was no meeting i decided that there is no point to force ppl to changes, even if meanwhile i found 2 new raid leaders to reduce suppresion on flox (its extremely dangerous for guild to force 1 person to lead everything first of tireness, second of possible riot). At this point if they make meeting properly and dont fight with me and allow doing what i want guild will be fine in few weeks, maybe few ppl will be gkicked with riot attitude. During that period first dramas started with Scullion, Peekeboo, etc. First signs of falling of guild, meeting gave nothing and few days later when i was talking with flox he said he will agree to any changes which i want to resque guild, when actually guild was at damn edge. What happened few days before current drama. What more funny in same period when i saw that ppl are against cooperation. i decided to take main gm of my retail pvp guild where i currently play, what removed me from potential gm or even if i will be not much more active than kuula. Meanwhile i was talking with ppl about current guild status, Dela, Muqir, Bassivity, Emrakull, Flox, Zeeuus, Mollet, Biggy, Scullion with explaining details what is wrong, since i wasnt interested anymore in leading this circus. What is most important from these conversations is that what i heard from Flox and Emrakull. Flox day before and same day of collapse accused me that i did nothning even if he "kindly" accepted my demandings what was funny for me since i knew how this rage conversation at hour "0" will end (didnt expected so fast but i knew alt small connected core chain will start pretty soon)Also as i mentioned i was talking with Emrakull aka Johhny, in first words he said guild is working fine but since i explained him what need to be changed he agreed with me. The problem was that remaing staff, excluding me ( since i asked kuula about demote few days before this big drama) started to panic and overacting without any will of coop, flox accused johhny, johhny accused ppl in raid, raid ppl accused johhny about inviting 2 pug ppl into graid and allowing them bid with his own dkp (imo drama which Urethiel started about token should be a simple protest before raid , and johhny shouldnt give his 540 dkp but keep in mind 10 per boss as for new members)  Day after this raid become day "0" where ppl started to fight and yes i didnt react coz i knew there was no point coz they wont listen me. Then in this quarrel Johhny decided that he will leave guild after him or in close time before Delanov and Muqir left, after that whole chain started coz ppl got in full panic mode. When Flox started ragign why i didnt do anything i just asked "didnt i say to you that this will end that way month ago?" Well ya this is partialyl my fault that this ended in that way but from other side pussy raid leaders who took side of gmembers instead of asking for reasons or crying instead of punishing proper ppl like Johhny did. I was in work atthat time so i went 30 min afk, when i got back i saw whispers from Delanov and Bassivity to join Johhny guild coz furor is finished, well from my point of view it was even more retarded than idea of staying in furor. Why? Johhny said he have 4 years exp as a succesful gm of some guild but he didnt react properly  at simple act of rage when he was able to cut dkp or raid kick person, even if he ask i was able to gkick or demote. So i got ask from 2 ppl who got panic to join guiild of guy who probably have no idea about leading guild and will panic if something will go not at his point of view. I respect his work even now as raid leader, i understand why he left guild (saw this kind of cases in past many times ) but i dont understand why they followed unexperiended guy whos topic about changes was partial copy of what i said to him same day or day before. Now we come to end of my story, after 2nd "guild"  formed some ppl tried to convince me to their point of view, i think they are smart ppl but they totally lost in this situation. What exactly changed ? From same mess u just changed name of the guild and gave power to guy who probably have no idea what to do with this state of server, even if guild will collapse coz staff got spreaded in 2 parts + actual losing od ppl for 2 guilds.
I was talking about this idiocy with Johhny , and explained that at his situation only external guilds will earn coz new guild or furor will lost ability to lead 25 men and since same ppl are still at ranks and they were unable to change situation for long period it will be same in short time or even worse. Since i saw that Johhny feel the power and stopped using any logic i asked if he can pass me gm or co-gm, as he said " officers from my guild dont agree for that, coz u will lead to same situation as in furor" more i like i was blamed for situation which was created of other staff members who actually made guild collapse in last month. I just answered that its idiocy that they treat me as main reason of collapse if they didnt know basics about member discipline and allowed many dramas to escalate. I dont wanna insult or keep making guilty but i feel sorry that these ppl got in this surrounding enemy territory at own decision kinda.
And here i totally lost heart to do prepare any help or medicine for that situation, i become heartless as i used to be in my old guilds watching this fast death.

After that i decided that what i should do long time ago. I met many good people at private servers, we created always good atmosphere at cost of total quality, but i preffered slower progress and quality time after work. Some like goatlovers pissed me a lot, but from other side we had also a good time. 2 times in my history in furor i left once on cata due to paki group, 2nd at mop due to lower staff supremacy, but its no longer important even if my text can sound emotional, more like leftovers.  To conclusion, i thought about that for long time but guild kept me here for some reason but after that shit i said enough i left not only Furor, but also Molten, as that i mean not deleting only game but every character i had at my wow account. From perspective rebuilding is possible and pretty easy but it will take 2-3 months time of hard work of at least 4-5 ppl, if u will ask for certain advice i will answer when i have time but my story, story of Whyiamtank, ex wotlk gm, ex gm at cata and ex officer at mop is finished. Atm i treat any continue as total waste of my time and nerves because sooner or later these problems will come back again and again.

At this shitty war no one will earn, not u Johhny, not u Kuula coz actually u will lose members at cost of other big guilds like Imperial, Vatican or Revenance and since server lack content and will be blocked due to wotlk realm, it will be way harder to keep guild alive not even mentioning growth. If i can suggest something coz i doubt u will listen me as always, i will suggest asap merge with picking up not single gm but council made from 3 ppl at least maybe Kuula, Johhny and for sure Delanov since he is last person with some experience and maybe in later period add Mollet and Rinket  and pick new staff specialised in certain areas as recruitment, discipline nad raids/events. Coz if u keep this stupid quarrel sooner or later both guilds will disappear if new ones keep raising at cost. Even if u drain 100% of guild this wont solve half of problems

Meh... i got used to this kind of things.... this is like 4th guild thats fallin apart from same reasons like previous ones... Anyway GL with reform if manage to to that ill keep lookin in vain for guild w/o this kind of crappy drama times... after all u dont need guild to PvP

From what kuula said to me he even proposed to give you gm position for some time to fix shit and yet when i asked you u said people are blocking you and youre afraid that kuula might demote you. U leaded so much shit in your life my ass kek. Maybe start writing books about "thinking about doing something". You would be good at it . Peace im out!

whatever u say random guy who i met in last month and who judged me , but ye in last month due to attitude i stopped giving a fuck what will happen, as in earlier post waste of my time and nerves to do same shit again and again, i had my time to do stuff, when i got back and saw whats going on. even if from side i wanted to work, 2nd side was thinking "whatfor". U can qq about that, cry, whatever u want but here i will agree with Rinket i was halfhearted from start, ppl in guild made it to 0. I see no longer a point to put full focus to computer game.

ps. what ppl say isnt what ppl really think, especially if ppl want to drag certain reaction

Lack of organisation,active staff and too much drama and stupid things that no one sanctioned
,butthurt ppl poking each other's eyes out because of one item,alts gearing up faster than mains,no trial runs etc...
You simply can't lead guild without active GM and officers..
It was good playing with u in cata and mop,but there's nothing to do in furor,that new guild or  molten anymore so i deleted all chars.

Hi guys, I have no clue what's happening but I don't even have time to read all these posts, I am so damn busy with bachelor's dagree and new job opportunities.

I beg most of issues mentioned by Whyiamtank are right, but there is more important thing. What I mean:

LACK OF CONTENT ON PRIVATE SERVER MAKE PPL BORED, THEY PLAY LESS OR MAKE MORE ALTS. THAT LEADS TO COLLAPSE OF THE BEST GUILDS.

People are getting bored at globals too. I've checked warmane's changelog after 2 months of absence and what is see is nothing, my monk still sucks.
New content will make us together again, but let's do it in proper way

Its no Surprise, Whyiamtank is just big talks like about his retail experience and how he got his t3 (lol) and that he lead guilds...its no secret when he is put to test carrying guild he goes inactive...he was sidelined by other gm's on wolk magic wow time since he was achieving nothing just big talks while other gms were leading graids and carrying guild same as CATA others leading guild and successful raids,getting server first while he couldn't do shit..he left guild out of shame and started giving excuses they r paki and now with new ppl same story..every 1 could see the crap he is and going inactive when every 1 need him to carry guild and then trying shift blame
